We offer good quality products and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable delivery and customer service. All Scruff Bears are checked before we ship them. If however you should experience a problem with your Scruff Bear or have a question or concern regarding your purchase, please contact us immediately.

If the bear you received was incorrectly personalised because of our error we will pay all delivery costs - including those of the safe return of the goods.
Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
In order to avoid unnecessary postage costs, we will endeavour in the first instance to try and resolve any problems via email. Failing that, after the return of goods to us we will inspect any faulty bears and if necessary we will replace the said faulty bears with the same/equivalent or better.
Unless we have mistakenly shipped incorrect products (see 1) all postage costs for returning goods will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please enclose a note with a brief description / reason for the return, original date of purchase, payment method and a return delivery address. A copy of the original invoice will also be helpful.
